Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we proudly offer a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on our portable steam sauna, The VaporTropic® Pro, covering manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions.

This policy outlines your warranty coverage, what’s excluded, and how to make a claim.

 
What’s Covered

Our 1-Year Warranty covers defects or malfunctions in the following components:

  • VaporTropic® Pro steam unit
  • ThermaTech® 2.0 Heat-Insulated Cover
  • Frame
  • Sweatmat

If any of these components are found to have a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace them at no cost to you.

 
What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Improper use, mishandling, or neglect (e.g., failure to follow the user manual).
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Repairs or alterations not performed by Kryozen.
  • External factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

 
How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@kryozen.com within the warranty period.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Describe the Issue: Share a detailed description and photos of the affected component.

Our team will evaluate your claim and, if eligible, repair or replace the defective part.

 
Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Kryozen is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the VaporTropic® Pro.
