Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are available for U.S. customers within 7 days of purchase.
- To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@kryozen.com with:
- Your order number.
- Proof that the item is in its original packaging (a photo is fine).
- We’ll send you a return label with instructions to complete the process.
You can choose between:
- Store credit for the full purchase amount.
- A refund of the full amount minus postage charges.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know immediately by emailing support@kryozen.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
- If the order has already shipped, cancellations are still possible, but a return shipping fee will apply.
